Store Policies

We do not offer refunds or returns for any of our items (as stated in our listings). Our only exception is an error on our part. If there is an issue with receiving the wrong item, please communicate this with us within 24 hours of the delivery of your product and we will set up a n exchange order for you. Most of our products (especially seasonal and limited edition items) are made when you order, which is why these policies are in place. 

CONCERNING ANY SALE PRICES, including but not limited to regular sales, clearance sales, closeout sales, flash sales, last chance to order sales, etc:  We cannot cancel any orders placed for any reason, or change any address once placed. Please make sure all your info is correct before placing any order. We can also not combine multiple orders during to the high volume of this sale, we will be creating and shipping faster than we would get requests. 

We strive to ensure every Still Rad and Mombie® brand item is thoroughly inspected before shipping and that sizes match what is ordered. Sizing charts are available to ensure you choose the correct size before placing your order. If there is an error on our part, we will exchange your item for the correct item. Since some items are limited runs and other may sell out quickly, we cannot ensure the correct size of the same style will be available. In that case, since it was our error, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item (less ship cost) back to you or offer you a different product or store credit when we receive the item in the same condition you received it, otherwise, we do not honor any other type of refund/exchange/return, including but not limited to change of mind, wrong size ordered, duplicate orders (unless communicated right away before made or shipped) or as a result of not reading our listings. Sale price items are always final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded for any reason. Discount codes of any kind cannot be used in combination with a sale price unless stated specifically yin the sale by us (which is very rare and usually only for closeout items). If you place an order like this, we will cancel it and refund your money. Please note that we cannot change any order once placed, this includes address. Approved exchanges or refunds will only be honored if you communicate the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving product and it has not been worn or washed. Item must also be free of any smells. We must then receive the product back within 7 business days in the same condition as it was when shipped. To be fair to all of our customers, we cannot make any exceptions to these policies. Social media contact cannot bet accepted for time sensitive inquiries due to the high amount of followers we have. Your message will get flooded out and left unread in most cases. Please contact us if there are any questions regarding size before placing your order.  We will be glad to answer your questions, so you order what's best for you.  

About shipping: Please read the listing in which you are purchasing from to get the turnaround time expectancy before shipping. If it doesn’t state a turnaround time, it’s most likely made to order so please assume it’s a 2-7 business day processing time before shipping. Do not place an order with us unless you’re  comfortable waiting 2-7 business for your order to be made before it ships. We cannot cancel orders placed. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order, as we cannot change it once the order is placed. Once your item has changed hands with USPS, we are not responsible for the package. USPS is our method of shipping, and they are responsible for getting you your package safely and in a timely manner. You will be emailed a tracking number that USPS issues to your package (not all countries have this option) in which you can use to track your package. If there is an issue with delivery or receiving your item once it has shipped, USPS will be able to assist you. If you need your package by a certain date, please email us to ask us if it is possible before placing your order. It will depend on our order volume at the time. We cannot accommodate any delivery time requests if not communicated to us first and we cannot cancel an order that was placed with that assumption. Shipping fees are non-refundable for any reason and if we need to email due to incorrect address, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping fees. Please note that around the holiday season, the post office is extremely busy due to the volume of orders they have to deliver. We cannot in any way ever guarantee an item will be delivered on time during this time, because that is solely controlled by USPS. They usually offer cut off dates around busy times, so please consult with their website for those dates before placing an order. 

*Please note that any duty or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, both to be aware of and to pay. Our prices and shipping fees only take care of the products you purchase and the shipping/handling.
